Program Overview 

The student (“Member”) is enrolling in The Branding Photographer Growth Lab with Angie McPherson Photography, Inc. (“Company”). This is a 12-month coaching and mentorship program designed to help branding photographers grow and sustain a thriving business through marketing strategy, systems, and community support.

Program Includes 

• Bi-weekly group coaching calls

• Quarterly content planning sessions

• Access to a private online community of branding photographers

• Accountability, feedback, and ongoing support

• Access to templates, calculators, scripts, and other digital resources released throughout the program

Program Term 

Membership includes access for one (1) year from the date of enrollment. Continued access beyond that period requires renewal.

Payment Terms 

Enrollment in The Branding Photographer Growth Lab requires either a one-time annual payment or a payment plan (if offered). Members are responsible for completing all payments in full, regardless of participation level.

No Refund Policy 

Because this program includes immediate access to digital materials, community resources, and coaching support, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued, and cancellations do not remove payment obligations. Please enroll only if you’re ready to commit to the full year of growth and implementation.

Program Access and Delivery 

All materials, calls, and community support are hosted online. Access details will be provided via email upon enrollment. Technical issues may occasionally cause temporary delays, but all promised content will be made available as soon as possible.

Member Responsibility 

Members are responsible for:

• Maintaining reliable internet and compatible devices to access calls and resources

• Participating actively in coaching calls and community discussions

• Implementing strategies and action steps shared within the program

Intellectual Property 

All materials provided within The Branding Photographer Growth Lab are the property of Angie McPherson Photography, Inc. Members agree not to copy, share, distribute, or reproduce materials (including videos, templates, and coaching content) for any purpose outside their own business without prior written consent.

Program Exclusivity 

Members agree not to create, market, or sell any educational or coaching programs that teach branding photography marketing or business growth strategies during their membership and for twelve (12) months following program completion without written approval from Angie McPherson Photography, Inc.

Confidentiality 

All discussions, materials, and shared client information within the community are confidential and may not be shared publicly or outside the group.

Communication & Support 

Official communication will occur via the email provided during registration and through the program’s private community. Members are responsible for keeping contact information up to date.
