The student is entering into the Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial with Angie McPherson Photography Inc. for a Live Tutorial on July 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST with a replay available. The Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial is comprised of the below:

 

  • Live Tutorial on July 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST with a replay available
  • How to customize a photoshoot plan for each and every branding client
  • Customizable Canva Branding Shoot Plan template
  • Q&A with Angie McPherson during the Live Tutorial

 

*Access to tutorial replay is unlimited.

Payment Terms and Agreements - For Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial

  • When the student enrolls in Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial, their payment is final and gives them access to Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial, as described above, starting on July 20, 2022.
    • If for any reason a payment is outstanding, the student will immediately be removed from the tutorial and will not gain access to any past or future assets until the outstanding payment is received.
  • This product is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Access Terms

  • Access to Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial materials will start being granted on the date of purchase
  • The student will receive unlimited access to their Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial Materials.  
  • The tutorial is 100% online. 
  • Any other materials, not listed above, that are added throughout the workshop as extra content are bonus add-ons and can be taken away without notice.
  • Occasionally, unknown or technical reasons may result in a delay in customers being able to get materials. In this case, know that everything promised above *will* ultimately be delivered. Angie McPherson Photography Inc. will make all reasonable endeavors to resolve any technical or unknown issues as quickly as possible.
  • The student is solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and internet service necessary for all group calls and workshop materials.

Other Terms

  • Testimonial results on all marketing materials for Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial are individual to each person, due to the fact that everyone has different businesses, audiences, situations, and work ethics. Due to this, Angie McPherson Photography Inc. cannot guarantee the same results.
  • Customer Service will only be available to the students who purchase the product from Angie McPherson Photography Inc. (not from unauthorized websites). All customer service questions should be sent to [email protected]. [email protected] is the only place where questions should be directed as Angie McPherson Photography Inc. cannot promise answers when sent somewhere else.
  • The student agrees not to copy, use, disclose, or distribute any Proprietary Information from Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial in their present or future courses or offerings without Angie McPherson Photography Inc.’s prior written permission. 
  • All items purchased are for the sole use of the registered student. The registered student undertakes not to copy, distribute, share or otherwise broadcast any items included in Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial from Angie McPherson Photography Inc. with anyone besides their agreed-upon team members. 
  • The student agrees that they currently have no intention of creating an offering (course or product) that concerns the topic of branding shoot plan tutorials and will refrain from doing so for at least three years after Branding Shoot Plan Tutorial’s 2022 end date.

Privacy Terms
