The student is entering into the beta product Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson with Angie McPherson Photography Inc.. The experience is comprised of the below:

Brief description:

Go behind-the-scenes with me as I photograph THREE branding sessions from start to finish! See how I pose clients, set up shots, shoot in various locations, view my camera settings and more!

What's included for beta students:

  1. Private Facebook Group for beta students from June 6 - June 17
  2. Facebook group will be open to get your branding photography questions answered as I plan the 3 branding shoots (with help from your feedback!)
  3. (2) LIVE Q&A calls exclusively for beta students via Zoom. These are optional but your attendance is highly encouraged and appreciated.
    • Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 10am ET
    • Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 1pm ET
  4. Lifetime access to the BTS bundle at over 50% of the cost

*Replays to each Q&A Call will be made available in the course portal.

*Access to Q&A replays is unlimited.

*Questions can be submitted in advance if the student cannot join live. 

Payment Terms and Agreements - For Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson [BETA] 

  • When the student enrolls in the beta product, their payment is final and gives them access to the Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson beta group, as described above, beginning June 6, 2022.

Access Terms

  • Access to Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson materials will start being granted on June 6, 2022.
  • The beta product is 100% online.
  • Any other materials, not listed above, that are added throughout the beta product as extra content are bonus add-ons and can be taken away without notice.
  • Occasionally, unknown or technical reasons may result in a delay in customers being able to get materials. In this case, know that everything promised above *will* ultimately be delivered. Angie McPherson Photography Inc. will make all reasonable endeavors to resolve any technical or unknown issues as quickly as possible.
  • The student is solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and internet service necessary for all group calls and course materials.

Other Terms

  • Testimonial results on all marketing materials for Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson are individual to each person, due to the fact that everyone has different businesses, audiences, situations, and work ethics. Due to this, Angie McPherson Photography Inc. cannot guarantee the same results.
  • Customer Service will only be available to the students who purchase the course from Angie McPherson Photography Inc. (not from unauthorized websites). All customer service questions should be sent to [email protected]. [email protected] is the only place where questions should be directed as Angie McPherson Photography Inc. cannot promise answers when sent somewhere else.
  • The student agrees not to copy, use, disclose, or distribute any Proprietary Information from Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson in their present or future courses or offerings without Angie McPherson Photography Inc.’s prior written permission. 
  • All items purchased are for the sole use of the registered student. The registered student undertakes not to copy, distribute, share or otherwise broadcast any items included in Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson from Angie McPherson Photography Inc. with anyone besides their agreed-upon team members. 
  • The student agrees that they currently have no intention of creating an offering that concerns the topic of Personal Branding Photography and will refrain from doing so for at least three years after Behind-the-Scenes with Angie McPherson 2022's end date.

Privacy Terms

  • As part of the purchasing process, all students must provide a valid email address where they’ll be sent all communications.  It is the responsibility of the registered student to keep the contact details up-to-date.
  • It is the responsibility of the registered student to ensure that every effort is made to keep the course details secure and not to disclose them to anyone (except agreed-upon team members). Information cannot be transferred and registered students must not permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone other than themselves (or agreed upon team members) to use their personal information to gain access to the course.
