Payment Terms and Agreements

- Angie McPherson Photography Inc. is not responsible for Base44's platform performance, availability, changes to features, or terms of service.
- The customer is responsible for creating and maintaining their own free Base44 account.
- If Base44 changes its platform or discontinues service, Angie McPherson Photography Inc. will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions but cannot guarantee identical functionality.
Usage and Distribution Terms
- All items purchased are for the sole use of the registered customer and their business.
- The customer agrees not to copy, resell, distribute, share, or otherwise broadcast any materials from the Post-Shoot Client Portal Template without Angie McPherson Photography Inc.'s prior written permission.
- The customer may not create competing products or templates based on the Post-Shoot Client Portal Template's structure, content, or methodology.
- The customer may customize the portal for their own brand and use it with unlimited clients, but may not resell access to the portal or offer it as a white-label product to other photographers.
